A Landmark for the City.
Owosso is a city with deep roots, a strong sense of place and a growing energy that you can feel the moment you step into downtown. But like so many communities across Michigan, Owosso faces the challenge of a shortage of quality housing. Today, Owosso is under-developed by more than 400 units. That’s 400 families, 400 couples, employees, students, and dreamers who could be living, working, and contributing here, but aren’t. 1000 Bradley is a project that is designed to help close that gap, and do it in a way that makes Owosso stand out on the map.
